We are going on selection process. The result is going to be sent by Nov.12

Requirements

1. Panelists…
　・have interests in international issues and their own opinion.
　・can discuss in Japanese or English.
　・have internet access.
　・can stay in Kyoto for 1 week in December.

2. The number of panelists (countries) will be…
　・about 2 - 4 in total
* It might be changed by our financial condition.

3. Cost assistance
　・The accommodation and food expense will be charged to RING project team
　・transportation expense will be chareged to RING with a certain limit.

4. Deadline
　・By 22, October

5. Selecction Process
　・A careful selection will be done by us.

6. Result
　・We will send the result to you by 12, November by e-mail.

What is the theme of Panel Discussion ?

We did not pose concrete theme on purpose.
To collect variety of opinions, we pose the wide theme, "wall".
Based on applications we got, Concrete theme will be posed by us later.
